MedScope America Corporation, a Pennsylvania-based medical alert company, needed to better manage coast-to-coast workflows for alert device suppliers, installers, courier services, care givers, and patients. Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MedScope lacked some required entities and needed to automate routine tasks and digitize large data management to improve care delivery efficiency. EffectiveSoft supported the customer with Microsoft Dynamics CRM customizations and portal development.
EffectiveSoft customized MS Dynamics CRM to align with MedScope’s real-time operations and built several integrated portals for employees, clients, partners, installers, and patients, with two-way data synchronization to the CRM. The solution included partner, call support center, installer, fulfillment, and job posting portals, automating a significant amount of internal and external work. As a result, MedScope achieved faster PERS and care delivery, and EffectiveSoft completed about 60% of the Microsoft Dynamics customizations while developing all portals from scratch.
