CNote partnered with EffectiveSoft to accelerate the launch of its socially conscious investment platform, which helps individuals invest in communities underserved by traditional financial institutions. The partially developed web platform needed completion, additional features, and an administrative panel so users could start investing in CDFI-backed initiatives.

EffectiveSoft completed and expanded the platform with a React-based front end and a Node.js Express admin panel, enabling account creation, bank linking, one-time or recurring investments, withdrawals, product management, verification, reporting, and payment synchronization. The result was a successful product with over 3,000 users and more than $50 million in committed assets as of April 2020.
