edyoucated provided a personalized learning platform featuring adaptive learning paths that combined internal and external content. The solution, promoted as the "FIEGE Innovation School," integrated with Microsoft Teams for community building and used gamification to boost engagement through team competitions. The results were highly successful, with hundreds of employees participating within five months and a subsequent increase in high-quality applications for the Innovation Challenge. A survey showed 84% of participants wanted edyoucated to remain a long-term training offering.
