Collenda, a German credit management software vendor serving over 700 financial institutions, faced competitive pressure from FinTechs and needed to digitalize its products. Struggling to find local talent, the company partnered with vendor Edvantis to upgrade its legacy web application, roll out self-service portals, and switch to a mobile-friendly design.

Edvantis provided a team of six specialists who executed a front-end redesign with React.js and backend re-architecture with Spring Boot. The solution included developing new loan applications and porting existing ones. As a result, Edvantis helped co-create and release two innovative products, Open Credit 4.0 and a new lending portal, over their five-year partnership, meeting all timelines and significantly improving system performance.
