Using eduMe’s mobile-based training platform, Via delivered bite-sized, repeatable onboarding content with one-click access, interactive materials, and real-time analytics to track engagement and knowledge retention. The results included more than 90% of driver partners finding the content helpful, fewer support tickets, improved first-trip conversions, stronger retention, and a double-digit increase in driver partners taking their first trip and time spent driving on the platform.
