Greenlight Planet, a global pay-as-you-go solar home energy company with 2,500 agents and 140 branch stores, faced a learning challenge: field sales agents are highly dispersed, forget initial onboarding content, and in-person trainers couldn’t consistently reach everyone. To standardise and reinforce training, Greenlight Planet selected EduMe’s mobile-first microlearning platform (the EduMe app) to deliver bite-sized, on‑the‑job learning and timely updates.

EduMe provided concise, offline-capable lessons, communication and recognition features, and easy content creation via lesson templates, integrated with Greenlight Planet’s BI through EduMe’s open APIs. The result: in a sample of 500+ recent Kenyan agents, those using EduMe achieved 116% higher sales versus non-users; the program has since been localised and expanded to Nigeria, Uganda, Tanzania and Myanmar.
