Broadstone, a Manchester-based tech startup that runs an on‑demand labour marketplace for regulated industries, needed a way to rapidly onboard and consistently train a growing, flexible workforce (30,000 app users and counting) while reducing shift no‑shows and preparing officers before their first shifts. To meet these challenges they adopted EduMe’s Workforce Success platform.

EduMe provides in‑app, scalable microlearning — automatic “Intro to Broadstone” onboarding, quality‑control and behaviour refreshers, a Strikes course to cut no‑shows, and an Ambassador training pathway — delivered via course links in messages with further webhook and app integrations planned. The EduMe solution standardized training across Broadstone’s workforce, saved staff time, reduced no‑shows, and yielded measurable outcomes such as 17 officers completing the Ambassador course and consistent training for tens of thousands of users.
