McCoy’s Building Supply, a retail and frontline workforce employer with 3,500 employees across 86 stores and 2 distribution centers, struggled to deliver and track compliance training as the company grew. Training was being shared manually on paper and via PDFs, making it hard to reach every worker consistently, verify completion, and retrieve historical records. EduMe was used alongside Workday to modernize this process.

EduMe digitized McCoy’s text-heavy materials into mobile micro-lessons, which employees could access through Workday, SMS, and QR codes. With EduMe’s AI tools and Workday integration, McCoy’s was able to create training faster, improve visibility and tracking, and return completion data to its central system of record. The results included 95% driver training completion, 94% of employees preferring the social-style format, and significantly improved engagement and compliance confidence.
