Kering, the multinational luxury goods company behind brands like Gucci, Balenciaga, and Yves Saint Laurent, needed a better way to train its large international retail frontline on security and SOPs. Before using EduMe, training was delivered mainly through in-person instructor-led sessions, which were time-consuming, hard to scale across stores, and inconsistent in quality, leaving Kering without clear visibility into who had retained critical security knowledge.
With EduMe’s mobile frontline learning platform, Kering delivered bite-sized training via SMS and email, giving associates one-click access to concise modules and informal knowledge checks. EduMe helped Kering achieve strong engagement and completion: 68% of employees accessed training, 75% of learners completed the course within 30 days, and 98% said they enjoyed learning this way.
