Case Study: Temco Logistics saves $600K with eduMe frontline training

A EduMe Case Study

Preview of the Temco Logistics Case Study

31% increase in per day earnings for drivers & technicians

Temco Logistics partnered with EduMe to improve frontline training for its drivers and technicians as the company expanded across more than 40 U.S. states. With a remote, deskless workforce spread across time zones, Temco needed a better way to deliver consistent, accessible, and standardized training beyond one-off in-person sessions.

Using EduMe’s mobile microlearning platform, Temco created a branded learning hub with blended training, SMS delivery, QR-code access, and user-generated content to support ongoing SOP, safety, and refresher training. The results included significantly reduced injury rates, auto accident rates cut by a third, and an estimated $600,000 in cost savings, while also improving productivity and reducing turnover.
