Vermont’s Lyndon Institute - Customer Case Study

Vermont’s Lyndon Institute, a day and boarding school serving grades 9-12, was struggling with outdated technology platforms that caused outages, unreliable wireless access, and disruptive learning experiences. To address escalating technology and communication needs, the school turned to Education Networks of America (ENA) for help modernizing its infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, broadband, content filtering, firewall, and voice services.

ENA implemented a converged Infrastructure as a Service solution that included ENA Air managed Wi-Fi, ENA SmartVoice VoIP, ENA WebSafe content filtering, and ENA NetShield firewall, while also doubling the school’s ENA-provided bandwidth. The result was a smoother implementation, more reliable campus connectivity, and a seamless phone system transition, allowing Lyndon Institute to refocus staff time on instruction and major integration projects rather than troubleshooting technology.
