Indiana’s Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library Leverages Managed Wi-Fi Solution to Connect Its Community

Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library in Northern Indiana needed to strengthen its broadband and wireless infrastructure to support growing patron demand for reliable Internet access across its main branch and locations. With limited technology staff and outdated self-managed Wi-Fi coverage, the library turned to Education Networks of America (ENA) and its ENA Air managed Wi-Fi solution.

ENA implemented a turnkey Wi-Fi deployment with detailed heat map testing, better access point placement, and flat-rate pricing, while also helping the library increase WAN connections from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps. The result was seamless installation, excellent enterprise-grade coverage—including in the parking lot—and reporting tools that helped ENA and the library identify usage trends and justify future upgrades, improving service and positioning the library for future wireless needs.
