Oxford Falls Grammar School (OFGS) is a co-educational K-12 school on Sydney’s northern beaches that wanted to replace error-prone paper forms and streamline start-of-year administrative processes, including general consent, medical updates, and photo permissions. The school turned to EdSmart to find a digital solution that would reduce manual work and improve visibility into form completion.

EdSmart implemented an easy-to-use, interoperable digital forms system that fit within OFGS’s existing platforms, including Schoolbox and Studentnet. The results were significant: 6,800 slips were sent to 1,100 students, the response rate reached 95.4%, and the school no longer needed to hire an extra staff member for three weeks at the start of each year. EdSmart also enabled admin staff to create forms without IT involvement, reducing the burden on the ICT team.
