Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE), a network of 140 schools serving more than 72,000 students, needed a better way to streamline school administration and parent communications across its system. BCE partnered with EdSmart to support core processes such as excursions, incursions, and media consent, while maintaining governance, consistency, and school-level flexibility.

EdSmart implemented its platform across the network, including centralized templates, onboarding, training, and ADFS single sign-on for around 8,000 staff. The result was reduced administrative effort, more teacher time, improved data capture and engagement, and stronger central oversight; BCE now manages 485,376 forms sent across 140 schools, with reporting available to help track usage and support ongoing improvement.
