The borough of Waldwick, a long-standing customer of Edmunds GovTech since 1997, faced a challenge when new staff sought to modernize its citizen services, especially during the pandemic. The solution significantly streamlined operations for staff and provided 24/7 convenience for residents, resulting in less office traffic and allowing borough employees to focus on other important tasks.
