Beauregard Parish School Board in DeRidder, Louisiana is a rural district serving about 5,850 K–12 students (62% economically disadvantaged) that faced persistent challenges: improving graduation rates, supporting nontraditional students, addressing scheduling conflicts and hard-to-staff courses, and raising performance on ACT, WorkKeys, and LEAP 2025 assessments.
