University of Hertfordshire, puts EditShare Solutions at the Core of Its Nationally Ranked Curriculum

The University of Hertfordshire needed a central, modern media foundation to support its nationally ranked film and TV program. The challenge was to unify multiple production workflows and provide a flexible platform that could support hundreds of students, with a curriculum requiring integration with various professional editing tools. The university selected EditShare's EFS and FLOW solutions to build this core infrastructure.

EditShare implemented its EFS shared storage and FLOW media management platform, which provided a centralized and secure media hub. The solution seamlessly integrated with industry-standard tools and, critically, its remote capabilities through AirFLOW and FLOW Story allowed the university to transition to full remote learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This enabled 400 students to continue collaborating and submitting coursework from anywhere, ensuring educational continuity and demonstrating extreme flexibility for complex, international student projects.
