Case Study: Kwintes improves mental health care innovation with edison365ideas

Commitment to innovation with employee ideas

Kwintes, one of the largest mental health care providers in the Netherlands, needed a way to do more for clients despite shrinking government funding. The organization wanted to quickly test new ideas, improve care, and understand the impact of potential changes before investing in them, so it turned to edison365 and its ideation platform edison365ideas.

With support from edison365 partner JSR, Kwintes launched an innovation lab using edison365ideas, Microsoft Projects, and Power BI to collect, vote on, and evaluate ideas across the organization. In the first year, 22 ideas were submitted and 4 were implemented, including Tinybot Tessa and an electronic medicine dispenser, helping improve client support, free up staff time, and deliver better service provisions.
