Syncorder, a cloud SaaS company that modernizes supply‑chain collaboration, needed to expand its customer‑facing API to support growing EDI traffic and standards (EDIFACT, EANCOM and X12). To keep development in‑house on their Microsoft .NET platform and reuse existing team skills, Syncorder selected EdiFabric to provide EDI translation services and integrate into their applications.

EdiFabric’s .NET EDI framework was integrated in about a week and delivered coverage for almost all X12 and EDIFACT versions, enabling Syncorder to offer familiar EDI formats without maintaining the formats themselves. The solution improved agility and cost‑effectiveness, provided version‑tailored transaction validation to catch errors early, and allowed Syncorder to retain full control of their EDI implementation with virtually no overhead while using internal resources only.
