M&L Richardson & Sons Ltd, a family-run operator of SPAR stores across Cumbria and the North East of England, needed a faster and more accurate way to handle cash across its forecourts and non-forecourt locations. The implementation made cash reconciliation much quicker and fully accurate, with no banking discrepancies, and freed staff to focus more on customer-facing tasks.
