Case Study: Kohler cuts manual product-content hours and speeds time-to-market with Edgenet Connect

A Edgenet Case Study

Preview of the Kohler Case Study

Kohler From cast iron and steel to Ecommerce

Kohler, a global leader in home and plumbing products founded in 1873, was struggling with product-content syndication: just two people were responsible for entering data for thousands of items across multiple spreadsheets and sending them to more than 25 retailers, with importing/exporting one product for seven retailers taking 1–3 days. Rooted in a long-standing relationship, Kohler selected Edgenet and its Edgenet Connect platform to centralize and manage product content from a single source of truth.

Edgenet implemented Edgenet Connect’s template-based content syndication and delivery scheduling, eliminating FTP usage and spreadsheet-template confusion and allowing one-time data entry to satisfy multiple etailers. The platform cut repetitive manual work and reduced per-product processing from days to hours, streamlined Kohler’s management processes, and freed resources—Ryan Wilson and Amy Vang now upload, treat, and export product content entirely within Edgenet.
