IPNexia, a provider of unified communication solutions for the Belgian B2B market, faced challenges with its end-of-life datacenter infrastructure, including security risks, vendor lock-in, and insufficient scalability for high-bandwidth applications. The company needed to modernize its network with a spine-leaf architecture and high 100G port density while achieving a zero-downtime migration for its production services.

IPNexia implemented a solution from Edgecore Networks, deploying their AS7726-32X spine and AS7326-56X leaf switches running Enterprise SONiC. This created a modern, automated spine-leaf VxLAN EVPN fabric. The result was a non-blocking 100G datacenter with predictable performance, streamlined by zero-touch provisioning and Ansible automation for consistent, version-controlled operations.
