Innova, the company behind the 4game platform with more than 25 million active users, needed a reliable, easy-to-scale data center network to avoid outages, reduce operational complexity, eliminate hardware lock-in, and cut the time and cost of expansion. To meet these goals they partnered with XCloud Networks and based their infrastructure on OCP hardware, including Edgecore Networks' AS5812-54X switches.

XCloud Networks implemented an automated, open-network solution (Layer‑3 CLOS, routing-on-host, distributed load balancing and GUI lifecycle management) using Edgecore Networks hardware as the foundation. The deployment cut Network CapEx from $3,000,000 to $150,000 (20×), Network OpEx from $570,000 to $170,000, per-rack expansion CapEx from $150,000 to $18,750, reduced change delivery from days to minutes, enabled swapping 20 racks in four months and rolling out new sites in days, and improved operator-to-switch ratios ~3×—delivering a materially lower TCO.
