A Edgecore Networks Case Study
C&C Partners upgraded the video surveillance network at H. Reyman's Municipal Stadium in Cracow to meet strict legal image-quality and security requirements for events with more than 33,000 spectators. The stadium required high-bandwidth, high-availability connectivity to support nearly 500 digital cameras across 14 distribution points on four stands, with many links exceeding 100 m that forced a move from copper to fiber and required robust redundancy for both links and power.
Edgecore Networks supplied Layer 3 and Layer 2 switches (ECS4610-26T stacked as a 4‑unit core, ECS5510-48S at aggregation, and 19 ECS4610-26 access switches) deployed in a double-star topology with 43 10Gbps fiber links, 252 media converters and redundant feeders. The Edgecore Networks solution, delivered via C&C Partners, enabled scalable, redundant management of ~500 cameras, met the stadium’s legal surveillance standards, and delivered stable, cost‑effective high‑bandwidth connectivity.
