They partnered with Edenred Pay to bring virtual credit card payment capability into Advantage’s Payment Manager so clients could pay vendors electronically and earn rebates on those transactions.

Edenred Pay delivered a phased integration—first enabling virtual card processing, file uploads and cleared payment imports, then deeper workflow enhancements so users can complete payments without leaving the check‑writing application and vendors are automatically flagged for virtual card pay. The result: clients replaced a ten‑step process with fully automated payments, receive monthly cash‑back rebates that help offset software costs, enjoy high vendor acceptance and growing card spend, and Advantage Software benefits from shared‑revenue upside and stronger product differentiation thanks to Edenred Pay.
