Norbella Deploys Edenred Pay Platform to Transform Media Payables

Norbella, a media strategy, planning and buying company, faced an inflexible, high-touch accounts payable process that required heavy manual data entry and a previous vendor that couldn’t be configured to its workflows or retrieve archived invoices in bulk. After evaluating several options, Norbella selected Edenred Pay’s cloud-based invoice automation platform for its configurability, intuitive interface and seamless integration potential.

Edenred Pay implemented its invoice-to-pay platform and integrated it with Norbella’s Advantage accounting system, deploying a soft launch in late 2019 and a full rollout in January 2020. The solution automated data extraction, validation and matching, enabling 33–50% of invoices to process straight-through to CFO approval (versus none before), cutting error rates from 3–5% to under 1%, shortening pay cycles, reducing manual workload and easing Norbella’s transition to remote work.
