A Edenred Pay Case Study

Preview of the Spring Lake Country Club Case Study

Michigan country club reduces payment processing costs by nearly 50% and adds new revenue line by implementing CSI Paysystems

Spring Lake Country Club, an 18‑hole golf and clubhouse facility in Spring Lake, Michigan, was burdened by a manual payables process that produced nearly 200 paper checks per month and high labor, postage, and reconciliation overhead. Controller Drew Nooney sought a streamlined solution and engaged Edenred Pay for a payments program (Paysystems-style solution with virtual card capability) that could integrate with their Jonas Club Management system.

Edenred Pay implemented an integrated payments platform with vendor enrollment and virtual credit card payments, onboarding roughly half of SLCC’s vendors and automating reconciliations. The result was about a 50% reduction in costs tied to manual check processing and reconciliation, and more than $18,000 realized in cash rebates—turning payables into a net revenue line and dramatically simplifying the club’s payment workflow.
