Edenred Pay implemented a universal‑acceptance fleet card with online expense management, department‑level cards, real‑time controls and fraud prevention, plus discounted per‑gallon pricing. Dealers reported easier reporting, reduced misuse and “significant savings” on fuel costs each month, with managers able to set limits (by department, time of day, weekend, etc.) and reconcile expenses much more quickly thanks to Edenred Pay’s tools.
