Hint, a fast-growing beverage company known for hint® water, faced a costly, time-consuming accounts payable process that required printing and mailing up to 100 paper checks weekly and heavy executive involvement for approvals. To modernize AP, Hint selected Edenred Pay’s payment automation platform, integrating it with their NetSuite ERP and SAP Concur invoice automation to replace manual check runs and streamline invoice matching and approval.

Edenred Pay implemented a NetSuite-to-platform workflow where weekly payment runs are queued in NetSuite, uploaded to Edenred Pay for invoice verification from SAP Concur, and approved by the COO with a single click; payments are then sent by virtual card, check, ACH, or wire. The solution eliminated prior bottlenecks, saved roughly seven hours per week for Hint’s finance team, freed senior staff for strategic work, and generated additional revenue through substantial rebates on digitized virtual-card payments.
