Facing lost checks, manual errors and costly check processing, Palace sought a payment solution to convert reluctant suppliers to electronic payments and capture rebate revenue while improving AP efficiency.

Edenred Pay deployed its payment network and Private Network service along with active vendor enrollment to shift suppliers from checks to virtual card and network-based payments. As a result, 67% of Palace’s vendors were converted to virtual credit card payments and, after offering the Private Network to the remaining vendors, electronic spend grew by $500,000 in two months — increasing rebates, lowering supplier fees, and streamlining payables.
