Charles H. Greenthal Management Corp., a New York–area property management firm overseeing 250+ properties, struggled with slow, paper‑dependent accounts payable: about 1,000 emailed invoices per month plus mailed invoices that weren’t visible in its MDS property management software until keyed. Edenred Pay deployed a platform that pulls invoices from email, extracts and validates invoice data against Greenthal’s property management system, uploads matching invoices directly, and digitally routes exceptions for review.
