Sodexo, a global leader in food and facilities management, struggled to ensure operational consistency and safety compliance across its thousands of global sites. They relied on manual, paper-based processes for inspections and training, which lacked oversight and created a heavy administrative load for frontline workers. To address this challenge, Sodexo partnered with SC Training (formerly EdApp) and implemented its SafetyCulture platform to digitize its operations.

Using SC Training's SafetyCulture platform, Sodexo digitized over 30 HACCP logs and deployed sensors for real-time temperature monitoring. The solution also centralized training resources, enabling over 6,700 courses to be completed. This implementation saved over 83,000 pages of paper and 8,000 management hours, while drastically reducing stock loss and providing leadership with unprecedented real-time visibility into site operations.
