Their limited number of concurrent software licenses from vendor ED Controls restricted how many people could work on projects simultaneously, creating a bottleneck in their digital workflow.

ED Controls provided a solution by implementing a project license model. This allowed an unlimited number of users, such as project managers and foremen, to work within a single project using tablets to log issues directly on-site. The result was a vastly improved process where snags are instantly recorded with photos and locations on drawings and communicated to the responsible party. For the customer, this ensured all issues were permanently tracked and never forgotten, fundamentally digitizing their construction site operations.
