To manage this, CBB partnered with vendor ED Controls, utilizing their inspection app on tablets to streamline the data collection process.

Using the ED Controls app, inspectors could register all data digitally during each half-hour visit, eliminating manual paperwork and ensuring information was captured immediately. The solution was further enhanced by integrating with Vivare’s SAP system through a conversion program, allowing for seamless data transfer. ED Controls also provided ongoing support, suggesting improvements for greater efficiency. As a result, CBB's team of ten inspectors successfully carried out 325 inspections per week, making the large-scale project manageable and effective.
