The project required full compliance with Nearly Zero Energy Building (BENG) requirements and was intensive due to complex underground construction with no margin for error. ED Controls was used to manage the documentation and quality assurance for this complex build.

Using ED Controls, the project team efficiently documented every step of the construction process. The software was used for revisions, photo management, task tickets, and audits, which was essential for meeting the new Quality Assurance Act and for BENG calculations. The result was the successful completion of a fully sustainable clubhouse in 2021 that generates its own electricity and is heated via a district network.
