State Government Agency, a very large state transportation agency responsible for planning, designing, funding and operating statewide transport systems, needed a powerful, flexible contract lifecycle management solution to automate contracting for 500 users and roughly 40,000 varied, highly complex contracts. Ecteon was engaged to address this enterprise-scale challenge using its Contraxx contract management system.

Ecteon implemented Contraxx with rules-based workflows, pre-approved clause libraries, milestone alerts, personalized dashboards, online document attachments, ad-hoc reporting and interfaces to Accounts Payable and State Accounting to show accurate funding and spend‑down. Ecteon also delivered consultation, configuration, custom development, data conversion and training, enabling the agency to manage Contraxx independently and significantly improve contract automation, milestone compliance and visibility across its portfolio.
