Nemours Deploys Contraxx to Tackle Complex Agreements and Proactively Manage Documents

The Nemours Foundation, a leading U.S. children’s health system with multiple hospitals and clinics and thousands of employees, needed a way to proactively manage a wide array of contracts across locations. To address that challenge, Nemours implemented Ecteon’s Contraxx contract management solution to centralize and control its agreements.

Ecteon’s Contraxx was configured to handle everything from leases to complex physician agreements, enabling electronic tracking of HIPAA compliance and automated reminders for renewals and expirations to both contract and facilities teams. As a result, Nemours now stores nearly 1,000 contracts with 100+ users in Contraxx and expects further time and cost savings as they expand usage to contract creation and negotiation with Ecteon’s platform.
