Largest HealthCare System, one of the nation’s largest pediatric health systems with hospitals and clinics in Wilmington, DE and multiple Florida cities, faced an urgent need to proactively manage contracts across thousands of employees and locations. They were losing money on lease and facilities agreements due to missed renewal deadlines and needed electronic management for complex physician agreements, so they engaged Ecteon to deploy Contraxx.

Ecteon implemented Contraxx to manage leases, physician agreements and other contract types, track HIPAA compliance, and send automated reminders for renewals and expirations so departments can proactively negotiate terms. The system now stores nearly 1,000 contracts and supports more than 100 users, reducing missed renewals and positioning the organization to further save time and money by extending Contraxx to contract creation and negotiation.
