International Shared Services Chooses Contraxx to Create a Centralized System of Complex Contracts

ISS Solutions, a Geisinger Health System company that provides technology lifecycle management to healthcare and other sectors, faced fragmented contract information spread across MS Access, DB2, and Excel. To centralize and better manage its complex Clinical Engineering and IT client and vendor contracts, ISS Solutions licensed the Contraxx contract management software from Ecteon.

Ecteon configured Contraxx with customized templates for Clinical Engineering and IT client and vendor contracts, client/vendor profiles, reports and searches, dashboard displays, and automated email alerts for expirations/renewals, and installed the application with user security. The Ecteon implementation consolidated disparate systems into a single, searchable repository for executed contracts and related documents (including inventory lists), improving visibility, renewal tracking, and contract administration.
