Integrated Managed Health Care Company, an integrated managed care consortium operating in eight states and needed to centralize and secure its extensive library of health plan documents and reduce time‑consuming, error‑prone manual tasks. The organization engaged Ecteon to deploy its Contraxx contract and document management software to meet these requirements.

Ecteon configured Contraxx with customized workflows, version control, dashboards, proactive email alerts, secure read‑only portals and reporting, and automated the production of Medical, Dental and Medicare filing/production documents for two state facilities. As a result, Ecteon streamlined template maintenance and document generation, reduced manual “touches” and associated risk, improved turnaround and ensured only current versions are used, and set the customer up to retire legacy Access/Excel issue‑management tools in future phases.
