Global Health Care Enterprise Ltd., an integrated U.S.-headquartered health system with $6.7 billion in revenue, needed to improve consistency and automation of contract management across its enterprise. To address this challenge the organization engaged Ecteon and licensed Ecteon’s Contraxx contract management software.

Ecteon configured and rolled out Contraxx—focusing on Supply Chain with participation from IT, Finance and Facilities/Operations—to automate the full contract lifecycle (request, generation, exception handling, drafting, execution, amendments and post‑signature tracking), integrate contract and vendor header data with the customer’s SAP system, migrate existing contract records, and provide a reporting framework for key contract metrics. As a result, Ecteon helped Global Health Care Enterprise Ltd. standardize and automate contract processes enterprise‑wide, consolidate contract data and reporting, and better support initiatives such as centralized capital budgeting.
