The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) needed to standardize and modernize its Service Catalog and Marketplace to improve access and user experience for its extensive array of military and defense partners. To achieve this digital transformation, DISA partnered with vendor Everforth ECS, which implemented a solution using the ServiceNow platform.
Everforth ECS activated a new Service Catalog on the DISA Service Portal and made significant progress toward streamlined order-entry capabilities as part of a larger modernization project. The solution provided by Everforth ECS resulted in a vastly improved user experience and established a foundation for DISA's long-term goals, positioning the agency to better serve its critical national defense mission.
