Todd’s Sparkle Markets has been a long‑time grocery customer of ECRS, initially purchasing the ECRS Catapult grocery point‑of‑sale system about 15 years ago. Operating four locations with 16 registers, Sparkle needed to streamline multi‑store operations, simplify training, manage complex discounting and scale integrations, and eliminate time‑consuming manual updates that were causing inconsistencies across stores.

ECRS addressed those challenges with its Catapult POS platform plus modules such as PLUM IP for centralized PLU/price updates, the Multi‑store module, advanced discounting and reporting tools.
