How CATAPULT Strengthens Warehouse

Richard’s Foodporium, a Southwest Florida grocery chain established in 1979, partnered with ECRS in 2003 and faced the challenge of scaling its operations as it doubled in size. To support enterprise-level warehouse and supply‑chain management across its growing store footprint, Richard’s needed a scalable inventory solution capable of handling roughly 3,000–4,000 SKUs and over 200 bulk SKUs per store.

ECRS implemented its CATAPULT® inventory-control tools along with ongoing support, web resources, training updates, and a transparent ticketing system. The ECRS solution gave Richard’s a full view of its supply chain, streamlined warehouse operations, and robust reporting that enabled growth—helping the chain double in size since engagement while efficiently managing thousands of SKUs.
