Richard’s Foodporium, a Southwest Florida grocery chain established in 1979, partnered with ECRS in 2003 and faced the challenge of scaling its operations as it doubled in size. To support enterprise-level warehouse and supply‑chain management across its growing store footprint, Richard’s needed a scalable inventory solution capable of handling roughly 3,000–4,000 SKUs and over 200 bulk SKUs per store.
