Ochsner Health Care Gift Shops, part of the Ochsner healthcare system serving 64 parishes in southern Louisiana, faced the challenge of running multi-site hospital gift shops that must stock a very broad range of items in limited space, serve all walk-in hospital traffic, and provide corporate-quality, accurate reporting.
