DataWerks, a Columbus, Ohio–based data management software company focused on K–12 education, needed a backend customer communications management (CCM) system for its Assist360 SaaS application to create, generate, distribute and manage electronic and written communications among teachers, administrators, and parents. To meet requirements for affordability, scalability, cloud template storage, web‑based template editing, and a visual design that matched Assist360, DataWerks selected EOS from Ecrion (Ecrion Omni System).
Ecrion implemented EOS and the Ecrion Design Studio to provide visual data mapping, cloud‑stored dynamic templates with conditional logic, and multi‑channel output (email, PDF, print) that non‑developers can build and edit. The solution scaled with new clients, sped up communications (for example, EOS sent 4,000 test‑result emails in ten minutes), reduced manual paper processes, improved parent and administrator engagement, and gave Assist360 a market differentiator—while Ecrion continues to provide development support and updates.
