PANDORA, the global jewellery retailer, needed a better way to capture in-store customer data and build a single customer view, since around 80% of its revenue came from physical stores and existing insight was weighted toward online shoppers. To address this challenge, PANDORA worked with Ecrebo and its digital receipts platform to improve customer data capture, support more targeted marketing, and create a more personal shopping experience.

Using Ecrebo’s e-receipts solution, PANDORA began collecting email addresses at the point of sale, enabling digital receipts, customer feedback, and opt-in marketing in stores. The rollout helped PANDORA capture over 1 million customer email addresses, around 35,000 per week, with more than 10,000 customers weekly signing up for targeted emails; segmented campaigns also achieved a 10% higher open rate and 5% higher click-through rate, while email-driven revenue increased by 2%.
