LA Metro, the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, needed a better way to manage the $40 billion Measure R transportation program, as its aging project control systems, siloed data, and spreadsheet-heavy processes could not support multiple major projects running at once. The agency chose EcoSys Management’s EcoSys EPC to create an enterprise-wide, web-based program management system for cost management, planning, reporting, and staffing analysis.
EcoSys Management implemented EcoSys EPC as the central hub, integrating systems such as Oracle Primavera P6 and contract management to automate data sharing, standardize reporting, and provide real-time dashboards and audit-ready visibility. The result was a “single version of the truth,” faster project status reporting, improved data quality and security, reduced manual work, and better labor/resource visibility—helping LA Metro improve program control and deliver Measure R timelines more effectively.
