The Prince’s Trust partnered with EcoOnline to modernize its in-house health, safety, and safeguarding processes. With thousands of young people in its care, 1,200 delivery partners, and 50 UK sites, the charity was relying heavily on paper-based workflows, which caused duplicated work, slow processes, and limited visibility into incidents and data trends.

EcoOnline implemented Info Exchange to digitize reporting, improve data quality, and automate notifications and scheduled reports. The new system helped The Prince’s Trust capture more vital information, spot issues faster, and better demonstrate the impact of its work, while saving around one day per month in administration time.
