OLM Systems, a UK software and services organisation focused on health and social care, wanted a way to track, calculate, and report its greenhouse gas emissions. As part of bids for UK government contracts worth over £5 million per year, it also needed to comply with Procurement Policy Note 06/21 and produce a Carbon Reduction Plan covering scope 1, scope 2, and selected scope 3 emissions.

Ecometrica, through the EcoOnline platform, helped centralise emissions data, automate calculations, and provide live analytics and reporting across OLM Systems’ three UK sites. The vendor also provided training, data quality assurance, and support for completing the Carbon Reduction Plan, and OLM Systems said the experience was seamless and that it would continue using Ecometrica for future emissions reporting.
